At JN Studios, we want our events to be a place where people can connect, share ideas, and build meaningful professional relationships in a respectful and welcoming environment.

By registering for or attending a JN Studios event, you agree to follow this Code of Conduct.

Respect & Professionalism

Please treat fellow attendees, organizers, speakers, venue staff, sponsors, and guests with respect and professionalism.

We welcome people from different backgrounds, industries, experiences, and perspectives.

Networking

Our events are about genuine connections. Please:

• Respect personal and professional boundaries.
• Give others an opportunity to participate in conversations.
• Promote your business respectfully.
• Avoid aggressive selling, persistent solicitation, or pressuring others to purchase products or services.

Harassment & Inappropriate Behaviour

JN Studios does not tolerate:

• Harassment, discrimination, bullying, or intimidation.
• Threatening, abusive, or offensive behaviour.
• Unwanted physical contact or inappropriate advances.
• Behaviour that makes others feel unsafe or uncomfortable.
• Disruptive behaviour that interferes with the event.

Photography & Video

Photography and video may be taken during JN Studios events for promotional, marketing, social media, website, and documentary purposes.

By attending, you acknowledge that you may appear in photographs or recordings. If you prefer not to be photographed or recorded, please let an event organizer know when you arrive. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request.

Venue & Alcohol

Some events may take place at venues where alcohol is available. Attendees are expected to behave responsibly and follow all venue policies and applicable laws.

Reporting a Concern

If you experience or witness behaviour that violates this Code of Conduct, please speak with a JN Studios event organizer.

Violations

JN Studios reserves the right to ask an attendee to leave an event or refuse admission to future events if their behaviour violates this Code of Conduct or creates an unsafe or inappropriate environment. Removal may occur without a refund.
